The William S. Paley Television Festival brings together the actors, creators, producers and writers from the most popular shows each year. Tonight, they kicked off the 2010 schedule with a panel of the awesome talent behind ABC's hit "Modern Family." First, we were treated to a brand new episode (nope, not giving details, this is a spoiler-free blog). Then, host Billy Bush introduced series creator/EP Steven Levitan followed by castmembers Ed O'Neill, Sofia Vergara, Julie Bowen, Ty Burrell, Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Eric Stonestreet. I think Rico Rodriguez (adorable Manny) got the biggest round of applause, and he wasn't even there! Hehe. The q+a lasted approx 90 minutes. The actors shared some very funny stories, talking about everything from casting sessions to table reads to fan encounters. They seem to be a genuinely close-knit group, and it's obvious they have a ton of fun.
